The Cone Ring coupling is very popular. Naismith Engineering stock a
full range of Cone Ring couplings in pilot bore and taper bore. Rigid
couplings are available on request. Replacement rings are also
available. The flexible element consists of tapered rubber rings mounted
on steel pins. These rings absorb commonly encountered misalignment,
shock and vibration. The flexible rings can be changed by removing the
pins from the coupling using simple hand tools, and without the need to
disturb the driver or driven machines. Available in both pilot and taper
bore.
