Due to increased demand for a cheaper alternative to our
high quality 'EK' chain made in Japan, we now have in stock a range of 'TRP'
chain imported from China. Pricing should be very competitive with other
brands, and as with all Naismith Engineering stock lines, we carry the
stock on the shelf, so that it is there when you need it.
TRP stainless steel chain SS type has the most superior
performance resistance to corrosion and heat. All components are made of
austenitic stainless steel. This is why the tensile strength of SS type
is slightly less than 70% of standard (steel) roller chain strength, and
the maximum allowable load is slightly greater than 10% of standard
steel chain.
