The DCW Series pulleys are Adjustable Centre Distance Drive type pulleys
using Variable Speed Belts. The range is 0.9 kW to 18.3 kW
at 1425 RPM. They have double pulley face movement to maintain belt
alignment on V drives and contain Hi-Lo's torque sensing mechanism to
control belt tension with load requirement.
Two Face Movable Design for variable speed belts. Maintains belt
alignment between the variable speed pulley and the companion sheave.
The wider variable speed belts allow a greater speed ratio change than
standard V-belts while maintaining a match between the included angle of
the pulley faces and the belt.
