Naismith Engineering  have recently landed stocks of the full range of the 5 industry standard torque limiters from 50mm OD to 178mm OD. All sizes are available with one or two springs.

These Torque Limiter are an effective and inexpensive overload device, which protects more valuable components in a drive system, that quickly re-engages when the source of the overload disappears. This style of torque limiter was originally designed to be run with a Sprocket or plate wheel but it can also be used with a Timing Pulley, Gear or many other Power Transmission products.

Naismith Engineering’s workshop is capable of machining the Torque Limiter and the plate wheel or other drive component to suit your application. The whole assembly can be shipped, ready to install without delay.
